Inspection for Incoming R.M.
The Chemical Elements , Material Size in Dia. , Physical Property, Crack Detection & Visual Inspection etc are inspected as per Incoming Control Plan and relevant reports are maintained properly .

In process Inspection
At each stage of production, inspection are carried out for all required dimensions with gauges & relevant instruments as per in process control plan & item wise process sheet and result are reported in respective inspection reports.

Inspection after Heat treatment
Finished product are inspected for Hardness at In house facility and Physical Properties such like Tensile Strength, Elongation, Yield stress, Proof test, etc is carried out at out side approved agency (NSIC) as per Off-loaded control plan & relevant inspection reports are maintain properly.

Sampling Inspection
Sampling Inspection of finished components is carried out as per sampling
chart with acceptance criteria just before loose packing of components as per control plan & inspection report maintained properly.

Pre dispatch Inspection
Finally pre dispatch Inspection is carried out as per customer requirement & Pre dispatch control plan and the inspection report of same is forwarded to customer with inspected samples as per the requirements so far
